that I start doing something about my caboose. Martie (a friend from work) and I have been complaining about what poor shape we are in. We wanted to do something about it and I suggested we wait until Feb (because I didn't had time to exercise due to the Jan Challenge...priorities you know). So here it is Feb 1, 2009. Today's the day. Why am I telling you this? This way I've shared it with you all, now I have to do something about it. Sigh....Deep breath....Sigh again, now it's time to get up and move. Martie, here I go!!!

Sounds like a plan, i'm gonna try workin' out this month myself!!!
ReplyDeleteGood for you, my DH and I started in January. We are eating healthier and working out 5x/week. So far, 9 lbs for me and 6 for him, so let that motivate you. I never thought I could do it or that I'd last this long. We are motivating ourselves with a trip to Vegas when we reach our goals! Woo Hoo!
